  • If your order is not submitted, we can’t start.
  • Cash, and check are not accepted. 
  • Retainer payments can be split up into 2 payments.

Essentially, you’re paying for options.

We never make just 1 design/ version. We make an entire set of them.

You’re not paying for literally 1 design. You’re paying for the creation of your ideas and that may look like more than 1 design. 

We present you with options to choose from, and whatever you don’t choose can be bought later on to be used for future projects.

Our average turn around time is 3 – 5  Business Days. It is entirely possible to receive your files before then.

All files are sent out in a secured link via email.

NO! … As long as its within 7 days from when the files have been submitted.

We bill all our revisions directly into the normal pricing you see so you never have to worry about payment again… 

After 7 days, we no longer store your files due to copyright laws & infringement… 

If you want changes made after that we’d have to start the process from scratch. 

The fee for that is $100

A retainer fee is the perfect monthly solution if you have on-going design work you need throughout the year, but don’t want to hire a full-time designer on your staff. The purpose of a retainer program is to secure a professional designer to help with all your design needs and build a long term relationship with someone who knows your brand. It is paid for upfront, each month before work begins.

Once your project is over and your files have been sent over to you, you have 7 days to ask for any FREE changes to be made.

We send all your final design files over (2) different ways to ensure you maintain them.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS / DIGITAL DESIGNS

If you decide to cancel your order or are unsatisfied after you’ve sent any information for your order, no refunds or credits will be issued, under no circumstances.

If you decide to cancel your order or are unsatisfied after any time (hours, days, weeks) has been spent working on your request, no refunds or credits will be issued, under no circumstances. The time a Graphic Designer invests into your request cannot be returned to them.

This includes any digital, vector, or animation work and work related files. All digital design sales are final due to the nature of the customized, downloadable files and your permanent access to them once they’ve been delivered. Once you’ve been sent Designs I can’t control if you screenshot it, show someone else, what they might do with the design or risk have it used as reference for another person. Digital services and/or digital designs includes cover art, merch, posters, 3D Animations, logos, thank you cards, stickers, banners, flyers, social media designs, box designs, packaging designs and any media that’s associated digitally. This also includes custom, premade designs and instant downloads.

But what if I don’t like the design? Or what if I change my mind?

If you aren’t satisfied with a design I will gladly work with you to come up with an alternate design. If you are unsatisfied with the alternates then we can schedule a call to revise the project. 

All payments made to any graphic designer for design work are essentially for their labor hours, not the actual design files. I understand that if you do not like the design or change your mind, you may not ever use the files – but the creative energy and time it required to create the designs you specifically requested, ordered and paid for has already been spent and cannot be returned to the Designer. All digital design  commissions/sales are final.

ONLY FOR RETAINER CLIENTS

Since our full Art Department is at your disposal why don’t you make some of your money back while working with us.

We’re sure you have friends or family that need some type of design work done. You can tell them you work with a Art Department that can get it done for them.

If they agree to the price we quote then you get half upon receiving payment.
